The facts and reality are that the United States has dozens upon dozens of immigration laws on the books that have served this nation well for decades.

The fact is, the current Administration arbitrarily decided to illegally ignore those laws and open the floodgates, and now we have what many will only describe as a full-blown invasion of our nation.

Curtis is a firm believer in and advocates for ‘State’s Constitutional Rights’ listed in the United States Constitution, which allow states to protect their own borders when the Federal Government abdicates its duty.

As your next United States Congressman, Curtis will fight to have the border sealed and hold those accountable for this national disaster. Curtis believes that we are not a nation of immigrants. We are a nation of citizens. He believes that if you come here legally and adhere to the laws of this land, then you should seek to become a citizen.

Curtis is a firm believer that those who are here illegally should be deported immediately. Curtis will be the first to say to a legal new immigrant, Welcome to America.

Under the previous administration, we were awash in affordable energy. Under this administration, pipeline construction was halted (costing thousands of good-paying jobs), refineries were shut down, and drilling for oil was stopped. Coal-powered electrical plants have been shuttered, and now the government is attempting to take your washer and dryer away from you.

All the above and much more under the auspices of “Green Energy.” Curtis Clark believes in protecting our climate, but not at the expense of destroying our economy and tens and maybe thousands of jobs. This is in addition to punishing price increases at the pump for all of America. These cost increases don’t just affect the pump price, but they drive inflation as transportation costs rise across the board.

In addition, Curtis is currently on the front lines fighting to prevent foreign entities from purchasing the Caulkin Dam in Western Michigan, keeping electricity affordable for Michigan residents.

As your next United States Congressman, Curtis will support all legislation that protects our nation from being energy-dependent and becoming energy-independent in all aspects.

In The News

Curtis Clark’s first 100 days in Congress will be busy and long. In his first tenure on Capitol Hill, Curtis plans on submitting or co- sponsoring three pieces of legislation that will benefit not only his district in Michigan but all of our great nation.

1. One Bill One Vote: Currently, when legislation is sent for a vote, it is ripe with more pork than the original piece was intended to create. Curtis will submit legislation and then create a public relations campaign to gain support from the American people to ensure it passes. The title will be “One Bill-One Vote.” This legislation is intended to stop the pork in its tracks, and it will save countless billions and possibly more in government spending. No longer will pork be attached to meaningful legislation, forcing lawmakers to approve cocaine studies on birds to get healthcare reform passed.
2. Foreign Ownership of our Land: Recently, in Michigan and across America, foreign governments (particularly China) have been purchasing vast tracts of land (mostly farmland) to construct large solar farms. Curtis Clark will introduce legislation that would prohibit any foreign entity from owning American land. Recently, the Governor of Arkansas signed legislation stopping China from owning land in Arkansas. If this law is good enough for the Razorback State, it is good enough for America.
3. Implementing Lean Six Sigma: Lean Six Sigma is a renowned auditing process that strips waste from large budgets and dramatically reduces spending to save large corporations vast amounts of money. In his first 100 days in Congress, Curtis will sponsor or cosponsor legislation to have the entire Federal Government audited with the Lean Six Sigma accounting process. It is estimated that this process would trim several duplicative agencies out of government as well as trim waste by a trillion or more dollars annually, thus driving us closer to balancing our budget and reducing the size and scope of government.

While the Constitution and Bill have Rights have been interpreted slightly differently at times throughout history by the Supreme Court, the Second Amendment has not. There is absolutely no ambiguity in this amendment.

“Shall not be infringed” means exactly that.

Curtis Clark took an oath to defend the Constitution on the first day of his twenty-five-year hitch in the United States Army to defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. That oath still stands to this day. It never expired.

Unlike most politicians, Curtis Clark’s pledge means something. Curtis is a firm believer in entrepreneurship. This means that Curtis will work diligently with local community leaders, the State Legislature, and the Governor to bring jobs back to Western Michigan through supporting trade school participation to enlarge the trained labor base to entice corporations to relocate.

Curtis will create a panel to develop a larger skilled labor base, tax incentives, and creative financing to enable those seeking to open new businesses in the 4th District to achieve their dreams of becoming an entrepreneur.

For Curtis, this is not campaign promises and rhetoric; this is real life affecting real people and is the future of his beloved Michigan and the 4th District.

When you have a battle to fight, you need a warrior. Curtis Clark is that warrior.

Raising five children who attend Allegan County School systems in Western Michigan, Curtis is only too aware of the obstacles facing parents today.

The sad truth is that our education systems in this nation have become politicized and have put our children behind politics. Curtis will fight tooth and nail to restore parental rights in the classroom so they can have oversight over what their children are being taught.

Girls have a right to privacy in their locker rooms and restrooms. Girls have a right to compete against other girls in sports, not boys. All our children have a right to learn math, English, and Science rather than WOKE social and political topics.
